MoMA PS1 will host its 2025 Annual Gala on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, honoring philanthropist Emily Wei Rales and artist Kara Walker. Hosted in MoMA PS1’s iconic Courtyard, the Annual Gala brings to life how Artists Make New York. Gathering together a constellation of artists, collectors, philanthropists, and notable guests, the evening honors the lifetime achievements of those most deeply ingrained in creating and championing art.

The Annual Gala is co-chaired by Sarah Arison and Thomas Wilhelm, Samir Goel and Julie Markham, Marguerite Hoffman, Iman, Eleanor Heyman Propp, Komal Shah and Gaurav Garg, Jessica Soy, Jamie and Robert Soros, and Chloe and Mahfuz Sultan.

The Gala includes a cocktail reception and dinner in the courtyard followed by an After Party inside the museum.

Proceeds from the Annual Gala benefit the MoMA PS1 Annual Exhibition Fund, which supports our wide range of artist-centric and community-driven programming.
