I pour a painting.
If I comprehend the painting completely I destroy it. On the same canvas I pour a new painting. If I comprehend the painting completely I destroy it.
And so on. On the same canvas I pour a new painting...
With this methodology of execution, paint builds up.
I cut into it with razors, whittle it, fold it, peel it away. The surface becomes a terrain of jagged edges, crevices and piles of sculpted matter that shape an encoded narrative.
For completion, duration, ineffability must remain.
