Artist's Statement
I started drawing dogs after adopting one from the pound. I became fascinated with her wild energy and the emotions I projected on to her.
These dog characters became a vehicle of self-expression. I work rather spontaneously. The characters are formed quickly and are a direct reaction to my feelings.
