Artist's Statement

My work explores the formation of histories, identities, and other systems that map and define our realities, ultimately depicting the breakdown and re-ordering of information. For these systems to exist breakdown is necessary, so as to incorporate new events and ideas, and therefore my visual language uses elements of time passing, memory fading, and the defined pivoting to undefined.
