Nickolaus Typaldos
My practice of making things is versatile and comprised of heterogeneous projects and media. At times, I bring together separate pieces in the form of installations, which can then function as a single work.
Some ideas that surface in my work relate to our efforts as humans to construct significance in our lives and the rituals that form and express identity. Often there is a confusion of sentiments - resulting in something absurd and at the same time very sincere.
