I do not care much for artist “statements” -and certainly I do not like writing them. -As for “What does it mean?” -for those who have difficulty with nonrepresentational work: When you look at a piece of “abstract” work, try using your eyes the same way you use your ears when you listen to music without lyrics or texts. For a comprehensive view of work including drawings, collages, assemblages and paintings on paper, wood and canvas -check out my website: www.moseshoskins.com
