Artist's Statement
Stelpur (2012)
A visual study of 7 Icelandic girls, ages 15-19, that aims to discover what it means to be a teenage female in present day Iceland, and how the immediate social surroundings and political conditions affect their development into womanhood.

Currently lives and works in New York, NY, as the editor/publisher of VUU Collective, an online platform for emerging artists. She recently completed a residency in Reykjavik, Iceland, and will be working on a new project in Berlin, Germany this fall.
