Artist's Statement

In this recent body of work, I create surreal scenarios combining different photographs from my travels.
The characters are from pictures taken in Puerto Rico, New York and in the volcanic Landscapes of New Zealand.
Our world is changing. Here I present my artistic vision by creating a fictional world of humans establishing themselves on another planet and bringing their traditions, culture and customs wherever they go.
I digitally place the subjects into the landscapes creating an imaginary world and therefore expressing the pride in my culture.
