Artist's Statement

Logan T. Sibrel is a painter who references his own photos, found photography, video stills and other images to touch on themes of intimacy, longing, and boredom. His paintings of idols and friends reenact obsessive crushing and superfandom. They frequently feature lyrics and other text elements.
