Artist's Statement

“I have been inclined to express myself through art as far back as I can remember.” Inspiration comes from many sources in life; nature, dance, music and global . I find inspiration from the dancers body in motion, and am intrigued with birds. Through my art I hope to reach out and inspire others. I believe the social and political climate of an era is reflected through an artist’s visual creations no matter how indirect they may be. My current series is especially concerned with recognizing that the earth is our home and reconciling industry with nature in a positive, non-destructive way.
