Lee Arnold was born in London in 1972 and lives in Brooklyn. He received a BA from Hamilton College, and a MFA from the University of Pennsylvania. In his work he explores the nature of time and perception through drawing, painting, photography, film, video, animation and sound. In 2010 he was a fellow at the MacDowell Colony in Peterborough, New Hampshire, and had a solo exhibition at the Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts in Wilmington, Delaware. He has also exhibited in the U.S. and abroad at places such as vertexList, Parker's Box, Galapagos and the DUMBO Art Center in NYC, Vox Populi, Fleisher-Ollman and the Esther Klein Gallery in Philadelphia, the Bridge Art Fair in Miami, SIGGRAPH in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, and the Berlinisch Galerie in Berlin.
