Born and raised in the Midwest, Brooklyn based artist Jackie Hoving just completed her 1st Solo show at Rebekah Templeton Gallery in Philadelphia. She was also featured in conjunction with Philagrafika at the Philadelphia International Airport, where she had exhibited her “Birds of Prey” series. In New York City she has shown her work at curated shows at The Lehman College Art Gallery and The Yes Gallery in Brooklyn, she is also currently in a group show in Brooklyn at Vaudeville Park . The Armoury Gallery in Wisconsin, and Temple Rome Gallery in Italy have also shown her work. Hoving was also awarded the Leeway Foundation Grant and attended residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and Ox-bow.
