These are from a group of objects that are often meant to be seen as table-top sculptures. Not to be hung on the wall---and not of significant scale to be comfortable on the floor. They typically derive from products that have been consumed and the package that once served to display/contain them.
Cotton, sugar, starch and candy are frequent materials and twinning , symmetryand ghosts are thematic overlays.
