Artist's Statement

I make drawings, videos, sound pieces, murals and installations. I am concerned with the relationship between text and image, the artist’s role as mediator and educator of art, and the fragility of visual and written narratives. I make work that amuses and comforts me, in the belief it’ll do so for others, too.
