Artist's Statement
The first is one of a series of similar self-portraits. They were done while working for a former boss.
Although somewhat comical, they explore how it feels to be at the mercy of an individual with unbounded power over your fate.
The rest are part of a large series on the illicit underworld. Where darkness is the only light.
Bio/Resume
I recently left a career in motion graphics to pursue fine-arts full-time.
My specialty was broadcast design and animation for networks and TV.
I've spent the last few years working in print and sculpture, and am now
working on a painting project.
