Erica Love
Erica Love's work examines the effects of new technology on traditional aesthetic categories, institutions, and artistic labor and its value. Since 2009 she has been collaborating with João Enxuto which has resulted in an additional set of art objects, performances, and interventions.

Erica Love received her MFA in New Genres from University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) in 2009. She worked closely with Andrea Fraser, Barbara Kruger, and James Welling. Before graduate school, Erica attended Brown University where she received a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Visual Arts. Erica has exhibited and performed in and around New York at The Pratt Institute, WERKHAUS, Mud Salon, Rochester Contemporary Art Center, Location One, and New York University Cantor Film Center. In Los Angeles she has exhibited at Roberts & Tilton Gallery, California State University Long Beach Gallery, and The Torrance Art Museum.
