Artist's Statement

Elena Bajo has recently participated in projects at White Columns, New York (2009); Prague Festival, Prague (2009); Sculpture Center, LIC (2009); ISCP, New York (2009); Kunstlerhaus Bethanien, Berlin (2008) and was one of the founders of the temporary art space EXHIBITION, New York (2009). Bajo holds an MFA from Central Saint Martins School of Art in London and a MA in Architecture from ESARQ, Barcelona. Future projects include a solo exhibit at The Woodmill, London; Sølyst, Denmark and an artist publication "When You Cut into the Present the Future Leaks Out (Production of Space)", an assemblage of ephemeral works by forty six artists for a Museum exhibition, published by One Star Press.
