Artist's Statement

My work is inspired by life, love and the constant interior dialogue as exterior worldly experiences inspire new thoughts and emotion. It falls into the category of abstract expressionism, with a consistent focus on color and texture, and a stylistic tendency attributed to The Interaction of Color by Josef Albers. Conceptually, my work is deeply philosophical, testing the limits of universal truth and individuals' perceptual beliefs.
