Artist's Statement
Bio/Resume
Brian Kokoska is currently based in New York. He received his BFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design (2010) and has since been working on various painting and digital projects. His work has been featured nationally in Derya Akay's self-published Fundamentalist Zine (2009) and internationally in Kraków based Piana Magazine (2009). Kokoska's paintings were most recently seen in The Hand of a Stranger (2009), a two-person exhibition with Barry Doupé at Shudder Gallery.
