Bio/Resume

Brian Higbee was raised in the mountains of Pennsylvania and now lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. As well as being the founder and leading member of the Associated Artists for Propaganda Research, he is also a member of Art Codex, Future Living Projects and director of The Lost Estate of Ed “Johnson” Shepard.
