Sasamoto will peform Skewed Lies/ Central Governor in collaboration with artist Saul Melman in the basement-level Boiler Room.

robbinschilds, Instruction Construction
Instruction Construction, robbinschilds workshops a
series of sound recordings leading viewers through detailed movement-based
scores responding to the dimensions and characteristics of their open
studio room located on the 3rd floor of PS1. Suggesting that our bodies
are informed by our surroundings, robbinschilds explores the range of
possibilities of movement impulses drawn from spatial
relationship. Interested viewers can download mp3 file
(available on RC website after10/13: www.robbinschilds.com)

with the artists' directives. These directives will guide participants to
react, using their bodies, to different touch points within the room.
Individual interpretations are welcomed and spontaneous choreographies will
result. robbinschilds' site-reactive work in
process, includes the spectators themselves, positing a visit to the
museum as a series of impromptu exchanges in which roles and definitions of
participant and viewer are in flux. The workshop will take place in Room N307 on the 3rd Floor.

Mariah Robertson, Lecture.
Robertson will give a lecture in commemoration of Greater New York in
the 1st Floor Painting Gallery featuring surprise guests.
4:30pm
Ryan McNamara, The Finale
McNamara will give a final dance performance starting in the 1st Floor Lobby
and continuing throughout the Museum as part of his ongoing Teach Ryan How to
Dance series at MoMA PS1.
